From November 4th to 6th, 2025, a team of three person as our client from the purchasing and quality departments of a Japanese equipment manufacturing factory visited our foundry factory. This visit was mainly to inspect the casting blanks of two types of motor covers before their mechanical processing. Subsequently, both parties conducted technical exchanges based on the inspection results. Although the inspection was successful, to ensure the stability of mass production, the client provided suggestions for mold adjustment. After receiving Client instructions, our engineers immediately formulated a modification plan, and it is expected that the mold adjustment can be completed within one week. The adjusted mold can directly use for mass production according to the customer's instructions.
