On November 20-21, 2025, a group of purchasing manager, R&D manager, and quality manager from European pump and valve manufacturer visited our casting and machining factories. After accompanying the customer to visit the production workshop, the customer inspected five new samples, and expressed satisfaction with the product quality, believing that our product quality is better than that of European foundries. To ensure the stability of product quality, the customer's R&D manager proposed adjustment suggestions. Our technical engineer immediately communicated with the mould workshop, and it was expected that the newly adjusted mould would produce new samples next week. The customer is very satisfied with our response speed, and hopes that both parties can verify the effect of this adjustment by video conference next week. At the subsequent meeting, the customer expressed gratitude for our stable supply, and hoped that we could shoulder more cooperation projects. We also expressed gratitude for the customer's trust, and introduced our development changes and future plans in recent years to the customer. We are confident and determined to take more customer trust and commitment, and hope that our cooperation can last for a long time.
