From April 15th to April 18th, 2026, a well-known Japanese brand equipment manufacturer visited our casting and machining plant. In order to cooperate with the customer's new product development, the sample was completed within just one month from mould development to mechanical processing of castings. The structure of this sample was very complex, with the thinnest part of the casting wall thickness being only about 0.7mm. During the wax moulding stage, multiple wax parts need to be combined, and the requirements for the dimension requirement and Geometric tolerance requirement of the wax parts were very strict, with almost no opportunity for fault tolerance. After casting simulation and repeated research by technical engineers, the sample was successfully seen during the customer's visit. The customer was very satisfied with the sample being able to be completed in a short period of time. The customer hand carried them back to Japan for assembly and testing.
