The Italian pump manufacturer visited our machining workshop on February 27, 2025. The main purpose of this visit was to conduct on-site verification of the 0.01mm coaxiality, flatness and parallelism problems existing in the sample stage. The main difficulty of this product is that it is thin and uneven in thickness, and there is a problem of deformation after processing. In foreign countries, advanced mechanical processing equipment is used to ensure accuracy and stability. After continuous research and adjustment of the production process by our technical engineers, the problem of shape and position tolerances was solved. The customer was very satisfied with the verification results and immediately added the order on the basis of the existing order until 2026.
