Our newly produced tungsten steel products have successfully passed the inspection of the Japanese client and were highly rated as well.
Due to the unique material properties of tungsten steel, it is quite difficult to process machining. The product is to machine 277 tungsten steel round rods into pipes and embed them on the flange surface, no euphotic gap was allowed at the embedded positions. All the parts must be assembled very tightly without any adhesive used. Meanwhile, the dimensional tolerance requirements are very strict. We finally completed the production successfully by overcoming the technical difficulties with the research and formulation of the production process by our technical engineers.
