From February 3rd to February 6th, 2026, the factory manager of a Japanese equipment manufacturer who had been cooperating for more than ten years visited our company to inspect the appearance quality of products such as motor covers that are about to be shipped. Due to the special nature of the paint used in this baking paint, problems occurred during the sample stage, such as slow drying and easy adhesion of the paint. During this batch production, our technical engineers restudied the paint characteristics and adjusted the technical parameters such as baking temperature and duration, which solved the previous problems effectively. The customer expressed satisfaction with the inspection results, and this batch of orders would be directly sent to the Taiwan factory for assembly as planned.
