From March 4th to March 5th, 2026, the engineer from a well-known German marine equipment manufacturer visited our mechanical processing plant to conduct random inspection on the eight products which were about to be shipped. The difficulty of the product lied in that the flatness and concentricity must be below 0.05mm after the two components with the same shape were assembled. Moreover, there should be no gaps at the joint areas. After 2 days of inspection, the customer was very satisfied with the inspection results, all of which were within the tolerance range. This batch of orders would be shipped to the German factory by sea the next week.
